Through the development and implementation of our Tool Vault service Data Base software, our engineers have real time tools and information available to them on site previously accessible only by high level technical support centers. Service contract customers have level access to service reports and equipment information via any PC web browser.
When our engineers arrive on site to resolve problems or even perform a simple Preventative Maintenance or Calibration, they bring with them the tools needed to get the job done. Our technical database contains the necessary information to make our service more effective and timely. With every new Service Report created the Tool Vault becomes more expansive and powerful providing MED ENGINEERING with clear service advantage.
